Mayda Cisneros is a luxury couture brand based in Coral Gables, Florida, designed by Mayda Cisneros since 1998.
Mayda Cisneros produces an annual runway collection and custom pieces made in collaboration with each individual client. As the helm of her namesake label, Mayda believes in making women look and feel their very best and most confident. The process is always unique; sometimes, it’s raising the hem a quarter inch from a collection piece for the best shape, sometimes it means a collaboration to design a risk-taking custom look for a major occasion in a client’s life.
Mayda travels to Paris and the world’s most fashionable destinations every year for inspiration and returns to reinterpret their trends and style for the South Florida market.
What makes her designs unique?
Mayda feels that the most important aspect of her collection is the understanding of each woman on a one-to-one basis. She draws inspiration from the collaboration with her client's needs and dreams. Most of her clients include business women and celebrities alike.
In her own business environment Mayda has consistently provided personal coaching and on-the-job learning opportunities to women who are under graduates and graduates of Miami Fashion Schools. In addition, she has been a patron of women with physical disabilities giving them not only equal job opportunities, but special support.
Mayda's involvement in the community focuses on being a liaison between various charities and the community. She is also an active member of the international Women's Forum, whose objective is "the advancement of women's leadership across careers, cultures and continents by connecting the world's most preeminent women of significant and diverse achievement" as well as to "provide a network of support and exert influence" for women's causes.

The Mayda Cisneros experience starts with listening to a client tell their story. Then, a couture piece is created on-site in her Coral Gables studio to best express that person’s individuality, style, and to flatter the client’s body. Mayda’s exacting eye focuses on finding the perfect quality luxury fabrics and designing with precision, balance, beauty, and simplicity for her upscale clientele of stylish women.
Her experience, including fashion school in New York City, years producing her own collection for Henri Bendel, Barney’s, Bloomingdale’s, Harrods of London and many more department stores around the world, and time in Italy producing knitwear for the European market, led her to design today’s intimate studio experience.
Her space is a place where she can express her affinity for the newness of material, cut and color for an audience of Miami’s tastemakers, stylists and influencers.
